Passaro, Marie Theresa, age 79, of Lanoka Harbor, NJ and formerly of North Arlington, NJ passed away on May 12, 2017.

Marie was born in Fairview, NJ on April 26, 1938 to parents Annunziato "Nick" and Teresa "Tess" Condro. She graduated from Cliffside Park High School in 1956 and began to work in a NYC law firm as a typist until her marriage in 1961.

Marie met the love of her life at a dance in Schuetzen Park in Union City in 1960 and on August 5, 1961 was married to Benjamin John Passaro:  they were married for over 55 years.

Marie had had great pride working as an analyst for the FBI and upon retiring in 1993 received a Distinguished Service Award in the Field of Organized Crime.  She enjoyed baking and working in her garden. She enjoyed arts & crafts and often included her children and then grandchildren in her projects.  Most recently, Marie was passionate about her work in genealogy and dedicated years to this family research.

Marie is survived by her husband Ben, son Benjamin and his wife Dawn, son Charles and his wife Patricia, son Stephen, two grandsons, Roman and Sam Passaro, two granddaughters, Alexandra Passaro and Sophia Passaro, mother Teresa Lopez and step-father Frank Lopez, two sisters Victoria and her husband Denis Taura and Sharon and her husband David Shelley, and numerous relatives and friends.

She is predeceased by her father Nick and brother Charles "Sonny" Condro.
