Welcome to the memorial page for

Ralph E Holt

May 15, 1960 ~ November 1, 2016 (age 56) 56 Years Old

Ralph E. Holt passed away on November 1, 2016 at the age of 56 after a long and brave battle with cancer.  Ralph was surrounded by his loving family and friends when he went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ralph is survived by his loving mother Ruth Holt, his loving brother Chet Holt and sister-in-law Karen Holt, niece Hillary Holt and her daughter Indi Holt, his niece Jacquie Barker and her husband Danny Barker, his great-niece Ciera Barker and great-nephew Brennan Barker, his nephew Nathan Holt and wife Kim Holt, his great-nephew Noah Holt, his niece Sarah Holt, his loving sister Elisabeth Henwood and brother-in-law Rich Henwood, his nephew Richie Henwood and niece Emily Henwood, his loving sister Michelle Kirk and brother-in-law Don Kirk, his niece Juliana Kirk and nephew Donnie Kirk, his loving brother Dave Holt, his loving “adopted” niece Christina Coppola and nephew Anthony Coppola.

Ralph was predeceased by his devoted German Shepherd, Cheyenne “Houndie Hound”.

Ralph was born at the United States Army Base in Muenchweiler, Germany on May 15, 1960.  Ralph’s occupations included automotive repair, fencing, tree removal, snow plowing and paving.

Ralph enjoyed boating, fishing, clamming, hunting, camping, woods rides and spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews who were his pride and joy.  He enjoyed taking them tubing on the bay and got a kick out of barrel rolling them on their tubes.  He was known to them as “Captain Ballzack Shitazz”, “Captain Skipper” and the “Most Honorable Uncle Ralph”.  Ralph’s nieces will have fond memories of their hilarious driving lessons with him.

Ralphs favorite hobby was eating.  He enjoyed visiting friends and family to “check out their fridge”.  Ralph will always be remembered for swiping those leftovers you were so looking forward to enjoying.

The family would like to thank Louise Grippaldi, Artie Nobles, Jeanette Lange and all the other friends of Ralph and his family for their love and support over the past difficult year
