Rich and I were neighborhood friends, growing up in a warm community together, just a great place to live. We ran into one another frequently on the playing fields at local parks and on the shores of the 3rd lake. We were classmates, K-12. What a tremendous individual.

Gifted in many ways and kind to all, Rich was the type of person that we can all count ourselves fortunate to have known. Heartfelt condolences to family, friends and our community. May we keep the memory of this good man alive in our hearts forever.

My sincere condolences to the Bargloski family. I remember Richard Scott as a young boy often visiting his dad at Lacey Realty. He always brought a smile to his father's face...so proud. Keeping all in my prayers.

I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of such a nice man. Rich never turned away anyone seeking help, and was always warm to those around him. He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers during this time. Rest in peace Rich.

My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Rich's family. I knew him from both Lacey & MU. When he played for our college team, I was working for the FB team as a student trainer in sports medicine. Rich was of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, genuine, honest, was the heart and soul of our team. Very much admired by those who knew him, we all looked up to him. Rich was the type of person that would make you want to be a better version of yourself. The bonds he made with those he played with, those he knew on and off that field, will last more than a lifetime.

My thoughts and prayers are with the whole Bargloski family right now. As I go through life my goal is to meet as many kind and decent people as I can and Rich was most certainly one of those. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed talking about Giants football, Lacey & Central Regional sports, fishing, best ways in and out of the shore during the summer and to many other topics to list. I didn't know Rich as long as many others but long enough to know the world lost a good man and much much to early. RIP my man. Rick

My deepest sympathies to Rich's families and friends. We worked together and he was such a nice guy. We spoke often about his love of football and Monmouth University since we both went to Monmouth also. He will be missed dearly. May he rest in Peace. Prayers for all!

My sincere condolences to the Bargloski family. I will always remember Richie as the boy who let me wear his Football Jersey in middle school. Playing basketball in front of his house. Riding bikes by the lakes, Marys little dairy and ice skating on the mill pond. May God hold you in the palm of his hand. Rest In Peace Richie.
