Kathleen A. Hopkins

A much-loved mother and friend, Kathleen Anne Elizabeth Hopkins, passed away at the age of 59 on September 5th, 2018, at her home in Barnegat, New Jersey.

Kathleen was born on May 22nd, 1959 and grew up in Baldwin, New York. She attended Maria Regina Diocesan High School and later St. John’s University where she received a degree in English.

She worked as a substitute teacher.   Kathleen will be remembered as a bright light that touched the lives of all that she encountered. 

Surviving are her two children, Christopher and Caroline DeVito; her boyfriend, Paul Kennedy; and her sister, Patricia Mullin.
