Corinne Fitzgerald

Corinne Mary Fitzgerald passed away at the age of 96 on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 after a two half year battle with cancer. She was born in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Monmouth County to raise her family. She then moved to Whiting, NJ before residing in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Corinne leaves behind a legacy with countless memories filled with many family members and friends. She loved getting all dolled up and going out dancing. Her talents were endless including floral arranging, collecting and decorating shells, gardening, decorating her home, crafting, and various forms of dancing. She was a talented and priceless lady!

She is predeceased by her late husband's Carl Bennett, Walter Maziarski, and Arthur Fitzgerald. She is also predeceased by her two sons, Randolph Bennett and Carl Bennett. She is predeceased by her granddaughter Tracey and two great granddaughters, Sarah and Victoria.

She will be missed by her surviving family members: her son, Richard Bennett and his wife Jill, her daughter Suzanne Snyder and her husband Bernie, and her son Andrew Bennett. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Keelan. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, Janice, Candice, Steven, Michael, Randy, Ellen, Joan, Sandy, Jacquelyn, Marylynn and Jay Scott. She also leaves many great and great great grandchildren. Corinne also leaves behind some very special friendships that were by her side until the end.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Saturday, September 18th at 10 a.m.
