Earle D. Richmond, Jr.

Earle Davis Richmond Jr passed away peacefully on Sept 13th, 2022, at Community Memorial Hospital. Earle was married to his Wife, Virginia Richmond for 55 years. He is survived by his Wife (Virginia), Son and daughter in law (Scott and Edie Richmond), Daughter and Son in law (Susan and Nicholas Zimmitti), 3 Grandchildren (Nicole, David and Emily Brennan) as well as several beloved Nieces and Nephews.

Earle was born in Hackensack, NJ, raised in Rutherford, NJ and was a US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War. Later he worked as a warehouseman and truck driver for over 35 years and was a member of the Teamsters 560 Local union, retiring in 2000.

He was known for being a hard worker, often working double shifts and driving long commutes. He was also known for his happy and positive demeanor and having the ability to strike up a conversation with just about anyone.

Earle enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was also a huge fan of the NY football Giants and NY Mets and enjoyed going to Atlantic City and the Seaside Boardwalk.

He will be dearly missed by his family and friends, and they will have nothing but fond memories of a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
