My thoughts are with you Aunt Patti, and family. We loved Uncle Bob, and I'm so grateful I got to know him a little. I'll treasure those memories forever. Selene thought Uncle Bob was her grandfather :) I always thought that was cute. I wish you all peace and strength & send you so much love. I hope you know how much we care. All our love, Stacey Groves

Dear Patti and family,

I was so sorry to hear about your loss. It is never easy but try to remember all the good times you all shared with Bob over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My wife, mother, daughter and I are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my uncle and take solace in knowing that he lived a full life surrounded by those he loved. He did so many things for my mother, sister and I, and we will always remember him with admiration. There are not enough ways for me to express how he has impacted my life and influenced in making me into man I am today.

I will always be forever grateful.

To Patti - We have been friends for over 25 years and so many memories being neighbors on Almar Ave in Tinton Falls. He was such a kind soul and caring person. We had many laughs. I will always remember the time the my husband Tom was watching Bob cutting his grass with his OLD riding lawn mower and I think it caught on fire while Tom was watching him and Tom waved over to Bob laughing and asking if he needed help. Also the time we had our veg gardens and it always seemed that someone would put a Blow up RABBIT in the garden. I wonder who that was??? LOL...Also our yard sales together and that you made more money than we did. One piece of mind is that Tom and
Bob are together now in Heaven with that DAM old lawn mover (which I am sure it works now) Laughing together and will be watching over us. My Deepest Sympathy to all your family.

The wisdom and knowledge Bob imparted through the years was priceless. He often was more like a father to me than a brother-in-law, after dad passed. Our lives have been enriched in so many ways by knowing him, and will never be the same without him. He was truly a great man.

I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 -
"The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away
the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4, we find
God's promise to remove both pain and death. For more comfort,
I turn to the website at: www.jw.org (Search: Comfort)

So many wonderful years yet not nearly enough.
Christmas morning will forever be changed.
I will miss our many intellectual and humorous conversations.
